In my opinion, i think he is med-high beg just as u said he is on high beg. Thats the rank i am and he's basically same as me and has the same problem as me which is stiffness so yea, both of us will be high beg soon.

I would say med - high.
The high beg attempt was good though. If you make animations a litte better than that, you'll definately be high beg.
